What are free custom cover design requests?
You can request free designs of your cover based on your measurements before you order
- Completely free, no obligation, sent via email within 24 hours.
- Experience our expert service, before you spend a penny.
- Scaled diagrams are tailored to your measurements and customisation options.
How does it work?
After customising your cover you'll see your instant on-screen quote. From here you have two options:
- Add to cart: checkout and make payment to complete your order. Your designs will follow within 24 hours. This is the fastest way to progress your order and get your cover as soon as possible. We send through diagrams of your design within 24 hours for your approval.
- Request free design (found immediately below the add to cart button): This will add your design to your Free Design Request drawer, found to the right side of the screen. You can continue to browse other products and add as many design requests as you wish. When you're ready to finalise your request, click the Free Design Request drawer and follow the steps to enter your details. We'll email your designs within 24 hours for your approval. From there you can request changes or approve to progress the order if you wish, but there's no obligation to do so.

We may occasionally need to contact you if further information or clarification is needed to complete your designs. Keep in mind this may impact our 24 hour design turnaround if we don't hear back from you right away.
