What is your return and refund policy?

Since all of our products are manufactured to order to your specification, they cannot be returned for a refund unless:

• They have not been manufactured to the correct size or specification
• They have arrived damaged
• There are manufacturing defects

In such cases we will of course manufacture again to the correct size or offer a refund if you prefer.
